Job Description
Designlab teaches in-demand UX/UI design skills online via short and long term courses. They mainly work on hands-on projects and 1 on 1 mentorship module so that students can master the skills needed to design stunning mobile and web products. The mentors give students timely feedback to help them improve on a regular basis. Courses are self paced, which means students can complete the projects as per their pace. This place is ideal for an entrepreneur, product manager, aspiring designer, marketer or anyone working on mobile/web products.
Applicants need to fill out an online application then schedule a call with a Designlab representative. Students should have a love for design, good grounding in design fundamentals, resilience and commitment.
Graduates get to work with career coaches to get help with their job applications, portfolios, and interview techniques. They also offer a 6-month tuition-reimbursement guarantee for graduates of the UX Academy who are job hunting.

Design 101
(Design, User Experience Design)

This is a four week course that is built for beginners where they will learn the basics of theory, typography, and layout in web design. Students also gain familiarity with the design tool of their choice, hone their skills, and start building a portfolio with a handful of hands on projects. You get to work with your own expert mentor, get written feedback via Skype sessions, and get a certificate of completion, portfolio of projects and a strong foundation in design when you complete this course.
UI Design

This four week course is designed to help you develop a detailed eye for visual design, make you learn which typefaces to use, become equipped to choose color patterns, learn about reusable design components and how to create retina ready designs that scale through various devices. Students get a certificate of completion and a portfolio of projects along with developing a strong skill set in UI design after this course. This course is apt for anyone with a basic understanding of visual design principles.
UX Academy
