Job Description
Dataquest offers online, 24-week project-based data. They use hands-on interactive coding challenges and projects in order to help students solve problems like a data scientist. Students can choose from a variety of topics and create their own curriculum like data analysis with R, SQL, Algorithms, data analysis with Python, Machine Learning, Spark, Version Control and more.
Students will learn how to write code and work with real life data sets in collaboration with the Dataquest community. Graduates also receive 1:1 coaching and get an opportunity to practice and develop peer mentorship skills. By sharing their work and collaborating with others for projects, they become well rounded data practitioners. Dataquest aims to help students master coding skills so they can build a data science portfolio and get hired by big IT companies.

Through this course students will learn to build data pipelines and get to work with large datasets and key computer science concepts like data structures, algorithms, and recursion. to build data pipelines to work with large data sets.
This path will teach you how to use Python and pandas to work with large data sets, and load and pipe data through a Postgres database.
Data Analyst in R
Learn how to manipulate & analyze data. It covers everything you need to learn to work as a data analyst using R. You’ll learn the fundamentals of R syntax, dig into data analysis.

Data Analyst in Python
This career path will guide you through a smooth sequence of data analyst courses, covering everything you need to learn to work as a data analyst using Python. You’ll learn the Python fundamentals, dig into data analysis and data viz using popular packages like pandas, query databases with SQL, and study statistics, among other things.
