How to Apply?
The admission procedure in Codesmith is a 4-staged process. First, you need to submit an online application including a few short essays & (optional) coding challenge which are reviewed by their admission team. To be qualified for applying, you must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
After your application is submitted and reviewed, you’ve to go through 2 interviews of which one is non-technical while the second is technical. In the non-technical interview, you have to give a valid answer for why you are interested in Codesmith and tell about your software engineering goals. In the technical interview you’ll work through JavaScript coding challenges with an engineer on the team ang judged based on your problem-solving abilities as well as communication skills. In case, you fail to pass your first attempt in technical interview, there is no need to fear as they provide you several chances and give feedbacks after each attempt.
Once you clear the technical interviews, you will be contacted within a week to discuss about how to begin preparing for the remote software engineering immersive programs.
